lauren + kevin are just the biggest bundle of fun you could ever, ever imagine. their laughter is contagious and they are always looking for any reason to be joyful. i am lucky to call them both my good, good friends that i get to do life with. so, photographing their wedding was a huge, wonderful deal for me, because i got to spend the day with not only some amazing clients -- but amazing friends. cue the tears.

lauren is a kick a** event planner so of course, her + kev's wedding was absolutely brimming with stunning, on-trend details. her sleeved fitted dress was a flippin' show stopper and the peachy tones of the flowers were perfect for their spring wedding. picture a blend of modern + urban meets romantic + classy. one of my favorite details were the know those dishes that are light weight metal that you take when you go camping? picture that but cute, and black + white. drool worthy.  it was so fun to see their vision come to life.

when you're around lo + kev you can just feel how much they love each other. their first look was so emotional and when kevin doubled over when he saw his bride for the first time, my eyes welled up and i had to take some deep breaths...nothing beats a first look. it is honestly the most magical moment to be a part of every dang time. they were married in a tiny old church nearby with around 80 guests. it was intimate and quaint and just what they wanted. we headed back to cooper's hall for the reception, where their closest family and friends drank, ate, and danced the night away.

this was yet another wedding where i could blatantly see the lord's fingerprints all over the bride and groom's lives...with how lo + kev met, how they stayed faithfully in love with each other for 5 years of is easy to see how jesus orchestrates our lives so richly and beautifully because of his love for us. god is good ya'll.
