KATIE + KYLE | MOUNT HOOD BRIDAL SHOOT

Something I plan on doing with my business is offering bridal shoots AFTER the wedding for the brides who get rain storms on their wedding days. Not that rain is a BAD thing, it just gives another opportunity to have that photoshoot brides (and grooms) dream about having, that rain sometimes distracts from. Katie and Kyle (blogged below!) were married on November 8th on a classically beautiful PNW rainy day in Portland, and I wanted to give them another shot at photos without sideways rain + any distractions :)

We trekked up to Mount Hood and braved the freezing temps to capture some beautifully relaxed + stress free photos. We also just pretended they were getting married again, and didn't deny it when people who passed them and said "congrats!" or gave that super-excited smile.

Katie looked at Kyle and said, "I am reliving our day right now looking at you wearing what we did a month ago..." and that was the sweetest thing I could've heard. Putting your "wedding clothes" back on and focusing on each other and reliving those precious wedding day moments should be mandatory, am I right? I might just go put my dress back on right now. ;)
